Hey there! Are you ready to play a fun game with your friends or even on your own? Our game of Tag is designed for up to four players, and you can play with friends or add some friendly AI opponents to join in on the fun!
To get started, you can choose from four different move and jump key layouts to play the game. Don’t worry if you’re not sure which one to choose - you can always experiment and find the one that feels most comfortable for you!
Now, let’s talk about the different modes of play. We have four unique variations of Tag, each with its own twist and challenges. Here’s a quick rundown of what you can expect:
- Points Tag: In this mode, one player is IT, and the others earn points over time. The first player to reach the target number of points wins!
- Knockout Tag: In this mode, each player starts with the same number of points. When you’re IT, you lose points, and if you hit zero, you’re out of the game! The last player standing wins!
- Reverse Tag: In this mode, everyone is IT except for one player. While you’re not IT, you lose points, but don’t worry - losing points is actually a good thing! The first player to reach zero points wins!
- Zombie Tag: This mode is a multi-round game of Tag! One player starts as IT, and whenever they Tag someone, that player becomes IT too. The first player to reach the maximum number of points wins!
Want to customize your game even further? You can do that too! Just press the ‘options’ button on the game selection screen to access all the settings and options.
Choose from a cast of mythical creatures to play as, each with their own unique personality and abilities. You can play as:
- Alien: A mysterious and friendly creature who’s always up for a game of Tag!
- Kraken: A sea monster who’s always lurking beneath the surface, waiting to pounce!
- Squatch: A big, friendly giant who’s always up for a friendly game of Tag!
- Dragon: A retired warrior who’s looking for a new adventure and loves to play with friends!
- Pixie: A playful and mischievous creature who loves to play pranks on their friends!
- Unicorn: A magical and majestic creature who loves to gallop through dimensions and leave sparkly trails behind!
Here are some tips to help you improve your Tag skills:
- Keep your high ground: Make sure to jump off platforms to stay up high and have an advantage over your opponents!
- Move in midair: You can make tiny adjustments in midair to gain an edge and catch your opponents off guard!
- Use the jumping tokens: Collect these tokens to jump higher than normal and get an advantage over your opponents!
